Customer Care Specialists are a vital part of Formitable. You serve as the face of the company and the first point of contact for many of our clients, both new and existing, making sure they receive what they deserve: excellent service, with a personal touch. You help clients with onboarding, activation, and assist them with a wide variety of requests. From time to time you'll proactively reach out to clients with advice on how to optimize their accounts for online success. You will also collaborate closely with the Marketing team to keep our self-serve content fresh and updated, as well as organizing and hosting client trainings and events. You’ll be part of a compact, fun team that has a stellar Google rating of 4.9!
What you'll be focussing on
Be our client’s first and most important point of contact
Provide our clients with great, friendly support via phone, live chat, or email.
Show a fierce passion for helping restaurants proactively to improve their online success
Train clients on -and offline to make the most out of our platform’s features
Team up with our sales team to ensure a smooth start for our clients
Be a sparring partner for our developers, voicing our clients’ needs
Team up with marketing to give input for our Online Help Center
You are fluent in German and excellent in English. Other languages (Dutch, Danish or Swedish) are a big plus
You have experience working in SaaS
Strong hands-on mentality
You have excellent communication skills
You love making people’s lives a little easier
You are confident, yet eager to learn
You are well-organized and self-motivated
