As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll play a crucial role in driving that success.
Your Opportunity
While our Business Developers create an awesome first impression of Formitable, the magic happens when our Customer Success Managers step in. Their goal is to ensure that restaurants enjoy a seamless and efficient experience, which is key to our product's success.
As Customer Success Manager Nordics, you drive customer onboarding. You help restaurants get the most out of Formitable by proactively providing them with advice and reports on how to use Formitable's available solutions. Sales and user behavior data inform your work, and you collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and support. You’re responsible for driving customer value and expanding the share of the wallet.
You will join our existing HQ and local teams to solidify our Nordics region growth, working closely with our Business Development Managers (based in Amsterdam and Copenhagen) in the Nordics.
We’re looking for a native Nordics language speaker with a good understanding of multiple Nordics languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
What you’ll be doing
You realize a seamless onboarding of new Formitable clients (together with sales)
You work closely with our product team to bring customer feedback to our product adoption
You recognize potential churns early and take action
You finetune our target clients based on client user behavior
Job requirements
Entrepreneurial spirit: you can independently determine what/who you need to succeed
Demonstrated internal and external communication skills: you’re proactively updating current status, can communicate smoothly with colleagues, and initiate inter-departmental actions
Demonstrated commercial results, preferably high performer in business development or customer success
Solution-oriented: you know how to turn a blocker into an initiative
Ability to quickly make connections with cause-effect or data
Resourceful and critical: you dare to challenge and improve old ways of working (both internally and externally)
Excellent networker, both internally and externally
Challenger: you know well what is good for a client and dare to communicate this effectively
Experienced stakeholder manager: you analyze their needs and expectations, as well as plan and implement various tasks to engage with them
Native Nordics language skills, professional level of English
Knowledge of or experience in the restaurant industry
Customer Success or Account Management experience

This role sits within our Nordics team based out of our Nordics Hub in Copenhagen and is led by our Regional Sales Manager for Nordics, Nynne Birch.
We have a bright office space in the Nordhavn district, easily accessible by train, metro or bike. It’s located within the Rebel WorkSpaces building with access to meeting rooms and chillout areas. The in-house cafe serves delicious food – your daily lunch is on us!
