Your Opportunity

An integral part of our Marketing strategy is to ensure we deliver the right message to the right audience in the right channel — and constantly optimize that communication. We’ve built a powerhouse brand and creative function, now we’re looking for someone to translate that work into a comprehensive growth marketing engine. 

You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation and own our growth marketing strategy and execution. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing engine in line with Formitable’s marketing strategy and commercial goals

  • Working hand-in-hand with Growth Data Operations to analyze sales and marketing data, develop segmented personas and value propositions, and optimize paid and owned channels

  • Identify data-backed opportunities in the acquisition and advocacy funnels to develop nurturing and retargeting strategies to drive higher conversion rate and revenue

  • Collaborate with commercial team to build marketing campaigns and sales tools to generate leads, awareness and value in target markets and missions

  • Develop a deep understanding of our restaurant and guest journeys, leveraging existing insights while continuously experimenting and validating tactics

  • Lead and execute projects to power demand generation, but support various additional projects across marketing team, including brand, content, social, PR and product initiatives

  • Work with in-house or freelance copywriters, visual designers, SEO analysts and market researchers to create collateral with the latest best practices in mind

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in growth marketing or demand generation roles, SaaS experience preferable

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related

  • Experience defining and executing acquisition campaigns end-to-end, with diligent project management and clear communication throughout

  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to deep-dive into databases and performance reports, while keeping big picture strategies in mind

  • Self-starter who is highly organized and can creatively solve problems independently

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to build relationships to collaborate well and present findings to the wider organization

  • Deep understanding of digital landscape and optimization strategies across email, SEO, SEA, paid social, etc.

  • CRM and Salesforce experience a plus

  • Passionate about the hospitality industry preferable
