We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing company as our new Inbound Sales Representative. We are looking for someone with high energy and a hands-on mentality. As our inbound sales representative are responsible for qualifying and converting leads into new clients and manage the entire onboarding sales process. As a first contact to potential new clients, it's essential that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. Our mission is to help restaurants achieve online success, and as a sales person we thrive by challenging our prospects' way of thinking about online marketing. As an inbound sales representative, you have a consulting and challenging role to teach prospects about the importance of creating their online brand, guest communication and optimizing their business. Ultimately, our Inbound sales representative will establish an efficiënt process to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible for the inbound process from A-Z (from welcoming to onboarding)
  • Advising restaurants on what they should do to optimize their business using software
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and communicate Formitable’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of a growing organization
  • Managing a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
  • Develop plans and sales strategies to achieve the monthly sales targets
  • Gathering market and customer information to better enable targeted sales approaches

Job requirements

  • Exceptional internal and external communication skills
  • A hands on mentality and excellent team spirit
  • Great organizational skills, structured way of working
  • At least one year experience in sales
  • Resourceful, creative and innovative ways to achieve results
  • An independent mindset with the ability to see ideas in unconventional ways
  • Dutch, English and pre on French or German language skills
  • Technologically savvy and familiarity with, integrations, and SaaS is preferred
  • Excellent client facing and negotiation skills and is highly motivated with good networking skills
  • Understanding of business processes as it relates to an optimal inbound sales process
  • The ability to build relationships with clients and show how Formitable can deliver value
  • Affinity with restaurants
