People & Culture Intern

Are you a student looking for an internship at one of Amsterdam coolest and tastiest scale-ups? Well then we’re looking for you! 

As our People & Culture Intern you’ll be integral to the happiness and success of our awesome team. You’ll join our fantastic Office & Events Manager - Cathelijne and work on making our environment an (even more) awesome place to be!  

​​What you’ll do:

• Be a key person in making our office a great place to be

• Champion initiatives to make our office a more green and sustainable environment 

• Take full ownership of office tasks including keeping our office green (and alive) 

• Helping our chef Roel with keeping our belly’s happy 

• Be in charge of office set-up to ensure our team has all the equipment they need to succeed

• Take on smaller projects and odd jobs around the office - be hands on 

• Take ownership of our whole facility - coordinate with maintenance companies, contact our builder to fix things around the office

• Take on operational tasks like ensuring that new team members have their Swapfiets, laptops and screens ordered

• A motivated and engaged self-starter, we want you to be able to see issues and be proactive and excited to solve them

• A Hotelschool/Facility Management/MBO Student based in Amsterdam

• A green thumb - it’s important to us to have a green and happy environment for our team

• Super friendly and always happy to help attitude, we want you to be able to engage with our team

• Available for a 5 or 6 month internship
